The Glenlyon Lodge has embarked on the implementation of its Strategic Five (5) Year Development Plan that is intended to be a framework within which to guide the activities of the Lodge over the medium term. It would function as a rolling five-year plan to be updated annually The development plan which was endorsed by the General Committee has seven objectives, specifically;\r\n

- Membership Development
- Public Education
- Community Involvement/Charity
- Family Involvement
- Masonic Education and Mentorship, and
- Use of Technology.

\r\nA series of actions have been developed to meet each objective. With such a development plan in place, The Glenlyon Lodge will be ideally positioned to meet its goals of service to its Membership, the Craft and the Community.
