Charles O’Connor is the Chief Executive Officer of Charles O’Connor Consulting Network Limited, a professional services company with emphasis on Web Based Accounting, Tax Planning and Business Advisory Services. Charles is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK. He is also a Registered Public Accountant since 2000. He has received training in Fixed Income Securities at the New York Institute of Finance and is presently pursuing the Certified Public Accountants Examinations in the USA (state of Colorado).\r\n\r\nOver the last fifteen (15) years, Charles has held Senior Executive positions in both the Public and Private Sectors. Charles has distinguished himself as General Manager of Finance and Planning at the Transport Authority of Jamaica (2006-2010), Financial Controller at Carib Engineering Corporation (2001-2006), Director – Securities Management in the Debt Management Division of the Ministry of Finance and Planning (1998-2001), Finance Manager at RJR Interim Management Services (1997-1998).
