Worshipful Senior Warden - Bro Donovan BrownBro Donovan Brown holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Finance and Management from New York Institute of Technology, New York, U.S.A. He has also made the Dean’s List while attending Kingsborough Community College, New York, U.S.A.\r\nAs a Director of Keenadon Ltd which manages the L. G. Service Centre and Keenadon Vending in Kingston Jamaica, Donovan is directly responsible for the day to day operations of the full-service station and vending machines; he also owns and operates Infiniti Professional Maintenance a servicing company. Most of Donovan’s early business experience was gained in the USA. His affiliation to community service was ignited while serving as Staff Accountant at Madison Square Boys and Girls Club, New York, U.S.A and as a Notary Public for the state of New York.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nDonovan also holds the following memberships and positions;\r\n

\r\nAfter being introduced by his father L.G. Brown – Past President of the Rotary Club of Kingston Downtown; Donovan was proposed to the membership of the Rotary Club of St. Andrew North by Andral St. A. (Jack) Shirley in 1994. Over his past 18 years of membership Donovan has maintained a 100 % perfect attendance record and visited in excess of 70% of all the clubs across the island. He has served in all avenues of service, including Secretary and Treasurer.\r\n\r\n2009 – 2010 was an extremely active and rewarding year for Donovan. Prior to taking up the Presidency of his club, Donovan became a Rotary Leadership Institute Graduate (2009). Rotary was enriched with the addition of 13 New Members which were inducted in his year. While President, he undertook the role of Hospitality Chairman for the 2010 District Conference in Jamaica. As Hospitality (HOSTILITY ZONE) Chairman, he was responsible for coordinating the involvement of all the clubs across the island. During that year Donovan was also Co-Chairman of the Race to Literacy Book Drive Project 2010 which saw the setting of the Guinness Book of World Record for the most books (657,061) collected during a seven-day period (May 1-8, 2010).\r\nUnder his leadership the club received;\r\n
